After being one of G4A’s Advance Track finalists in 2019, Blackford Analysis signed a development and licensing agreement with Bayer in 2020 to establish a new cloud-based platform for centralized management of clinical imaging and workflow applications and AI tools. The digital platform by Bayer and Blackford Analysis will provide access to a growing number of diagnostic imaging analysis applications, protocol management tools, departmental workflow tools and AI algorithms. Integrated into the radiology workflow, such o!erings have the potential to increase e"ciency and reduce errors as well as the level of manual input needed.
G4A’s Advance Track presents a great opportunity to network with relevant departments within Bayer and can lead to a commercial partnership with the pharma giant. The partnership can be in the form of M&A’s, licensing agreement, master service agreements, large-scale investments etc.
